About Us

Based in Seattle, Washington, NoodlePop is a small business working to bring positive messages to children through clothing designs that remind everyone of the potential found therein.

Founders Brook & Sarah Riggio had a part-time hobby of critiquing depressing logos and designs while out shopping for their two young boys. Laughing at the gross stereotypes—how many "mommy's little monster" shirts does this world need?—eventually inspired more positive counter-messages. They launched NoodlePop to bring these designs to other like-minded parents.

The excellent design work and web polish is brought to you by Carlos d'Avis, a good friend of the Riggios. Carlos live in Seattle and works in freelance web development, frequently alongside Brook.

Many wonder what the name NoodlePop means. Long ago, well, 2003, dear friends Maribeth Boeke Ganzell and Sandy Ganzell were expecting for the first time. Before the baby arrived, the Ganzells received NoodlePop as a name recommendation from their young nieces and nephews. Carlos loved the name so much, as well as the beautiful daughter who eventually arrived, that he registered the domain name posthaste. Impulsive domain name registration is a bit of a pattern in Carlos' life.

The name languished, unused, until the growth of Brook & Sarah's business idea. We think NoodlePop is a perfect fit, and we hope you will, too.
